Math and Science make Magic

It all began with a camera I had for about four years before ever using it. Before that it was the thousands of photos I took during and post undergrad. Both of these experiences led to the epiphany I had one day, that I really enjoy taking photos. I started to remember all the trips I’ve taken and how I would stand in one place to get the perfect shot on my camera phone. It didn’t matter if it was a building, flower, or sunset - I loved the process of finding that perfect shot. So I decided to take a class to learn more about photography specifically how to use DSLR camera. As soon as we began discussing the math and science that went into photography, I was hooked. My two favorite subjects supporting my new found hobby, life could not be better. I began exploring local spots around me and realized that I also enjoy being in nature as well. These photos capture the essence of the things I love photograph. From Thor’s Well to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, journey with me and see the world through my eyes.
